1. General provisions

This policy explains which personal data I collect on the website, why I collect it, how I store it and what rights you have. I process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Latvian law. By submitting an enquiry or using the website, you confirm that you have read this policy.

2. Who is responsible for your data

3. What data I collect

• your name;
• contact details: email, telephone number, WhatsApp;
• date of birth (including your child's date of birth when you order a child matrix reading);
• the contents of your enquiry and correspondence with me;
• information needed for payment;
• technical information about visits to the website (see “Cookies”).

I do not ask you to provide special categories of personal data, such as information about health, religion or political opinions. If you voluntarily mention such information in correspondence or an enquiry, it is used only within the consultation and is not disclosed to third parties.

4. Why I process data and on what basis

• to provide the numerology reading, coaching session or meeting you have ordered — on the basis of a contract for services;
• to contact you about your enquiry and answer questions — on the basis of the consent you give when submitting an enquiry;
• to accept payment and maintain accounting records — on the basis of legal requirements;
• to improve the website (analytics, if enabled) — on the basis of your consent through the cookie banner.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect services already provided.

5. Who can access your data

Your data is held by me with restricted access. I do not sell it or disclose it to third parties.

Exceptions are technical services necessary for the website, payment and communication with you. They process data only for these purposes. Data may also be disclosed when required by law.

The website uses Google Fonts to load fonts. When you contact me through WhatsApp or Telegram, data is transferred to the messenger you choose.

Some technical services may process data outside the EU/EEA. In that case, data must receive the level of protection required by the GDPR, for example through EU standard contractual clauses.

6. How long I keep data

Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed and is then deleted. Payment records are kept for the period required by accounting legislation.

7. Security

I take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorised access and disclosure.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• receive information about your data and access it;
• request correction or deletion;
• restrict processing or object to it;
• receive data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time.

9. Children's data

The website and services are intended for adults. A child's reading (child matrix) must be ordered, and the child's date of birth provided, by a parent or legal representative. Only an adult may place an order independently.

10. Testimonials

Testimonials are published only with the author's consent and under the name they have authorised.

11. Cookies

The website uses browser storage for technical operation and to remember cookie choices. A session cookie is set only when an administrator logs in. See the Cookie Policy for details and consent controls.

12. Important information

Numerology readings and coaching do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and do not guarantee a particular outcome. A reading is my own interpretation based on a date of birth, rather than an automated decision made without human involvement, and has no legal consequences for you.

I may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the update shown above.
