1. Service provider

Елена Захарова, numerologist and women's coach. Self-employed person (pašnodarbinātā persona), Latvia. Contact details are provided below.

2. Services I provide

Numerology readings: “You and your potential”, “Purpose and money”, “Relationships”, “Child matrix”, “My matrix of possibilities” (full reading).

Coaching session (40 minutes): an additional service when ordering a reading, priced at €20.00.

“Path to yourself”: coaching support for 1, 3 or 6 months, with one online meeting per week.

“Get to know yourself”: a free online meeting lasting 20–30 minutes.

3. Nature of the services

My services are informational and consultative. They do not replace medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, legal or financial assistance and do not guarantee a particular outcome. You make decisions about your own life independently.

4. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed on the website or by arrangement with me through WhatsApp / Telegram: +371 29 580 232, email: jelenabobrovska@gmail.com.

Prices on the website are in euros.

Payment method and timing: full payment in advance through a payment system before work begins.

5. Format and timeframes

Reading format: PDF document / online meeting / recording.

Completion timeframe: a numerology reading covering one area takes 10 working days after payment and receipt of the required information. A full numerology reading covering six areas takes at least 20 working days after payment and receipt of the required information.

Online meetings take place via Zoom / WhatsApp.

I need accurate information (date of birth) for the reading. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

6. Rescheduling and cancellations

A meeting may be rescheduled no later than 24 hours before it starts. If it is rescheduled later or you do not attend, the meeting is considered to have taken place. A meeting may be rescheduled once by agreement.

7. Refunds

Before work begins: a full refund on request.

Once work on the reading has begun or a meeting has taken place, the service is considered provided, as it is performed individually, and no refund is made.

These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights. If you order a service remotely and ask for it to begin before the withdrawal period expires, you confirm that you understand the consequences for your right to withdraw from the contract.

8. Confidentiality

Your data and the contents of consultations are confidential. The Privacy Policy explains how I process data.

9. Reading materials

The reading and materials are for your personal use. They may not be copied, distributed or resold without my written consent.

10. Readings for children

A child's reading must be ordered by a parent or legal representative.

11. Testimonials

Testimonials on the website are published only with the author's consent and under the name they have authorised.

12. Disputes

I aim to resolve questions and complaints through discussion: jelenabobrovska@gmail.com. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is considered under Latvian law.

13. Changes

I may update these terms. The current version is available on this page. Orders are governed by the terms in force when the order was placed.
